Dear Colleagues

In connection with the implementation of the principles outlined in the "European Charter for Researchers" (EKN) and the "Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers" (KPRN) at the University of Agriculture in Krakow, as well as the prestigious "HR Excellence in Research" award granted to the University, we cordially invite all research and teaching staff, as well as PhD students, to complete the survey available at the link below.

The analysis of the survey results will allow us to assess the extent to which the principles regarding working conditions and recruitment processes for researchers at our University align with the EKN and KPRN. This will, in turn, contribute to the preparation of an action plan aimed at addressing any identified gaps and areas for improvement at the University.

Please note that the survey is fully anonymous and voluntary, and it can be paused at any time.
